Sperrin Harriers in action at Ballinderry
Eirin McDaid was the first Harrier to complete coming fourth in an impressive time of 36.23.
Second Harrier home was Gareth Cardwell in 40.28, while less than a minute later Tommy Harraghy crossed the line on 41.15 to take second place in the M60 category.

Hide AdColly Gallagher, returning from injury, finished in 41.39, while John Bashford ran a great time of 42.05 to take first place in the M50 category.
Natalie Hall was the first female Harrier to finish in 43.51, closely followed by Barry O’Neill on 44.03.
Next in was Patsy Hughes in a time of 46.34 with Fiona Devlin and Emily McGowan completing in 54.06 and 55.56 respectively.
Stephen McWilliams, also returning from injury, ran another PB in 59.14, while Maureen Mallon completed the Harriers representation.
In the 5k the Harriers were represented by Roisin Martin.

Train in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Training continues as usual at 6.30pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights at Loughry. This Tuesday (12th) we will be having another session of our six weekly 5K training time trials in Drum Manor starting at 6.30pm.
