Slideshow: Derrylaughan Pedal the Pond Challenge
The cyclists departed the Barry’s home ground on the shores of Lough Neagh before 8 o’clock on Saturday morning and complete the challenge decked out in their specially designed cycle shirts.
Another 20 cyclists completed the slightly less demanding 40 mile cycle that was planned for them.

Hide AdAll money raised from the cycle will go to two main charities Clic Sargent Cancer Care and Action Duchenne.
The main sponsor Specdrum Engineering, with Damian Cushnahan Electrics, Northway Grown, DPC Contracts, McGrath Kitchens, Falls Bar, McFab Engineering and G McStravog Joinery also contributing.
The successful venture is the follow up to last year’s 100 mile cycle from Kevin Barry’s grave in Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin to Derrylaughan.
