Rangers go marching on

He fired the game’s opening goal into the roof of the net from close range but a deflected goal put visitors Craigavon City back on level terms.

Having gone in at half-time a goal ahead, Rangers dominated the second half and could easily have won by an even more convincing margin.
Stephen Hendron scored from close range to put the home side 3-1 ahead. He then put the game firmly beyond the reach of the visitors with a strike of sensational quality to make it 4-1.
He was outside the penalty area on the left of the pitch when he sent the ball arrowing into the top corner of the goal past a helpless Craigavon City keeper.
