Olivia tees up a celebrity date with final junior victory
The 18 year-old Scarva girl shot her way to a 16 shot victory in the Telegraph BMW Junior Championship at Quinta do Lago, earning a spot at next year’s star-studded BMW PGA Pro-Am.
This is a tournament that has helped to pave the way to international stardom for Justin Rose and Melissa Reid.

Hide AdNow Olivia has followed in their footsteps by picking up the top trophy.
“It’s an amazing way to end a successful junior career and successful year,” she told the ‘LEADER.’
“I don’t think I could have played any better. The greens were fast and slopey and everyone struggled on them which is why I think Jamie and I won as we both putted well.
“The place was amazing and I think it’s my favourite event I have ever played in. I couldn’t have spent imy last junior event with such an amazing group of people. In my speech I was chatting about making friends for life and I was nearly in tears along with everyone else.”

Hide AdNow Olivia’s attention turns to what will be a massive 2016, when she tees it up at the RICOH Women’s British Open, heads off to university in Arizona and now gets to play in the BMW Pro-Am.
That’s a tournament that this year welcomed celebrities like And and Dec, Niall Horan and Gianfranco Zola to name a few.
“It will be amazing and a chance to get some more selfies,” laughed Olivia.
