Whites ready for Glentoran challenge
A tricky home tie against Glentoran awaits tomorrow (Saturday), but McCann is confident his side can follow up last week’s draw with Coleraine with another good performance.
“We have a big weekend ahead,” said McCann. “We have to make sure now that no matter what, we don’t get beat. Anything else then is a plus.

“The only way is up,” McCann added. “We’re playing good football, there’s a good buzz about the place.”
McCann says he will ‘stick by his word’ and reward players who deserve a place in the team. “If they earn the shirt they can keep it, whether it’s our captain or leading goalscorer coming back. I said that when I arrived here and I hope the boys will see that I mean it.”
