Fund-raising boost for Carniny Youth
The marathon of football began at 10am with the club’s under 9 team, and carried on throughout the club’s age groups, up to the current under 16s.
All at Carniny wish to thank Cliffy Adams and his Sports Hut staff for being such generous hosts, and they hope to hold other events at the venue in the near future.

Hide AdCarniny were the recipients of a full O’Neills playing kit at a Northern Ireland Boys FA recent meeting.
The kit will be used by their current under 14 team during their proposed visit to Portugal in October.

Tullyglass Hotel, Ballymena became the latest sponsors of the clubs ‘senior’ Amateurs set-up with a generous cheque presentation last week.

All at Carniny Amateur & Youth FC wish Robbie Armstrong a speedy recovery from his current illness.
Robbie’s father Stephen is club management member, whilst his brother Jake plays for the first team.
KIT SPONSORSHIP DEAL ON HORIZON
The club’s Amateurs set up are about to announce a kit sponsorship deal for the next two seasons.

Hide AdThe senior set-up are in negotiation with sponsors of playing and training wear for the new season, although it is doubtful to be in time for this Saturday’s Steele & Sons cup tie at home to Newington Rangers.
The junior section at the club are also hopeful of a kit sponsorship deal in the near future to cover the eight youth sides, five of which play in Northern Irelands National Youth League, the top league in the country.
TIME FOR T?
The ‘Teatime League’ may continue for a third season at the 3g facility on Friday nights at Ballymena Showgrounds starting in the Autumn time.
The league organisers are considering ways of further enhancing the league and how many teams can be accommodated.

Hide AdCarniny under 9’s took two teams to Ballymoney to play matches in their latest preparation for the league due to start next month.
The Carniny Youth side lost 5-4.
The Reds’ goals came from a Graham hat-trick and a Cameron strike.
Meanwhile, the Amateurs side were beaten 5-0 by their Ballymoney counterparts.
