Thompson back as Waringstown prepare for double-header
The all-rounder missed the rain-ruined Challenge Cup final defeat by CSNI and last weekend’s win over Ballymena while on honeymoon and his return will be welcomed.
The villagers continue to have concerns over injured trio Kyle McCallan, James McCollum and Phil Eaglestone.

Hide AdMcCallan aggravated a calf injury at Eaton Park on Saturday but has been receiving treatment this week.
McCollum meanwhile split the webbing in his hand while fielding off his own bowling.
Eaglestone is perhaps the biggest concern with a long-standing back problem meaning he will only be able to play one game over the weekend.
CIYMS are the visitors to The Lawn on Saturday for a crunch Premier League game.

Hide AdOn Sunday it is the re-run of the Ulster Cup final against Bready at Strabane. Last Sunday’s final was washed out and the organisers produced a contingency plan for a replay which avoided the lottery of a bowl-out.
Sunday’s game starts at 1pm at Strabane Park with Saturday’s game a 12pm start.
