Conor helps Ulster to gold

Whiteabbey’s Conor Nugent was part of the gold medal-winning U13 Ulster Boys’ team at the recent Irish Interprovincials Table Tennis competition.
With the scores locked at 4-4 against Connaught in the final, Conor won the last match to secure gold in front a large crowd of spectators. He won eight out of his nine encounters over a tough day’s play.
