BOXING: Eamonn O’Kane holds public workout ahead of his title fight in Lavey
The Banagher middleweight who defends his IBF Inter-Continental title against unbeaten Englishman, Lewis Taylor in the County Londonderry village, claims he’s fully focussed on ‘doing a good job’ in front of his home support.
“The winner of this fight goes up to No.3 in the IBF rankings so I could put myself into a mandatory position to fight for the world title after this,” claimed O’Kane.

Don’t get me wrong there will be times on Saturday when you see the old Eamonn O’Kane but it will be behind a highly educated boxing sytem.”
