The Big Brew at The Old Presbyterian Church will take place on Thursday 4th March between 10am and 1pm. It is part of a national initiative by Traidcraft, which encourages schools, churches, workplaces and any other organisation to host a Fairtrade tea party event anytime during Fairtrade Fortnight 2010.
Traidcraft is the UK’s leading fair trade organisation and has been pioneering fair trade since 1979. Traidcraft has been actively involved in making tea fair since the early 1980s and was the original UK pioneer of Fairtrade tea.

Dr. Scott Peddie. “By serving Fairtrade tea and coffee, raising funds for Traidcraft and campaigning to make more tea Fairtrade, we are helping to make a difference to the lives of tea producers.”
