Stronger together network seminar
Over 30 delegates attended the much anticipated seminar event aimed at raising awareness of issues facing black and minority ethnic community groups across Northern Ireland, mainly encouraging and empowering social inclusion and civic participation.
Guest speakers included Eileen ChanHu from CRAICNI, Brian Douglas from Craigavon Banbridge Volunteer Bureau and Beata Slaby from Community Intercultural Programme. Representatives from the NI Assembly Community Connect were also present to inform attendees on community connect training programmes and activities available at Stormont.
