Storey congratulates new President

He added: “I would like to also pay tribute to the outgoing President Paul Cochrane for the excellent work he has done over the last year.
“He hands over the Chamber of Commerce to James in good stead, and we all appreciate the role that Paul has played in the civic life of Ballycastle.”
