Spat on dashboard of police vehicle
Connor Matthew Ruddy (23), Garrymore, Craigavon, admitted disorderly behaviour and two charges of criminal damage on June 18 this year.
For each offence he was sentenced to three months in prison, suspended for two years.

Hide AdHe was also fined £250 for disorderly behaviour and ordered to pay £66.10 compensation for criminal damage.
The court heard that at 11.15pm police were called to deal with an ongoing fight at Drumgor Heights in Craigavon.
When he saw police Ruddy headed straight for the police vehicle and pushed a wheelie bin into it, causing damage.
When interviewed Ruddy said that due to alcohol he could not remember anything. He claimed he spat because of the CS spray police had used on him.

Hide AdA barrister for Ruddy said he was the subject of a probation order and had previously received 120 hours community service which were completed successfully.
District Judge, Mr Paul Copeland, said it was Ruddy’s last chance and if convicted again he would go to prison.
