Spat at police while on bail
Ashley Simon Gibson, Derryhale Road, Portadown, appeared in court by way of videolink from Maghaberry prison.
He was sentenced to two months in prison for disorderly behaviour on June 12 this year and two months for resisting police.

Hide AdFor assaulting an officer he was given a four month term. All the sentences are to run concurrently making a total of four months in prison.
The court heard that in the early hours of the morning Gibson was in Mandeville Street, Portadown.
He shouted ‘up the LVF’ and was asked to calm down.
Gibson was on bail at the time and tried to run away but was arrested for disorderly behaviour. He resisted police and spat in the face of a sergeant.
A barrister representing the defendant said her client had been granted bail and after this incident bail had been revoked.
She explained this was Gibson’s first night out after his release and would apologise to the officer for spitting on him.
