Daniel McConville, whose address was given as Dingwell Park, Lurgan, was fined £150 last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court for the offence of disorderly behaviour on March 18 last year.
He was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard that around 11pm police were dealing with a domestic incident at Cline Road in Banbridge.

He shouted ‘f—king b—ds’ towards his father and brother.
Police asked him to cease but McConville ignored them and he was arrested.
Mr Pat Vernon, representing the defendant, who appeared in the dock, said his client was in custody on other matters.
He explained that just before the incident McConville had an argument with his brother and father and they were driving home.

Mr Vernon said that McConville was someone who acted on impulse and does not think through the consequences of his actions.
He added that his client doesn’t think first and then act but does it the other way round.
