Ramble on Long Mountain
Walkers will be joined by the owners/operators of the wind farm and can avail of the opportunity to find out about the benefits and opportunities offered by wind energy. Weather dependent, there may be a chance to visit nearby Lough Naroon and take in the magnificent views from Long Mountain.
After the return walk to Dunloy village, welcome refreshments will be made available. Walkers should bring warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy boots as the route may be quite wet/marshy in places.

Hide AdThere is a steep ascent and the route is undulating. Walkers should assemble at 7pm at St Joseph’s Parish Centre Car Park, Bridge Street, Dunloy. The walk costs £2 per person with a family concession of £5.
