Power restored in Carrick

Power has been restored to the majority of 1,000 homes in Carrick following loss of electricity this afternoon.
The loss of supply occurred at 1.15 pm.
A spokesperson for NIE Networks said: “Engineers from NIE Networks responded immediately and managed to restore power to the majority of customers by 3.45 pm. Engineers worked into Tuesday evening to restore power. “
