Pomeroy man arrested over 2008 car bomb in Castlederg that left officer injured

While a 38-year-old man who was also arrested on the same date in Lisburn is due to appear at Strabane Magistrates Court this morning [Thursday] charged with attempted murder.
A third man, 37, from Toombridge has been released unconditionally after police questioning.

The 38-year-old has been charged with attempted murder, causing an explosion likely to endanger life or cause serious injury to property and belonging to or professing to belong to a proscribed organisation.
