“The Ice Pak aims to show people how to build their resilience and push them out of their comfort zone, reaching their full potential.
“The support group is a safe place for people to get involved with positive influences, who are great advocates of positive mental health. We want to inspire people to grow, build confidence and help others reach their life goals.
“Mental health is the real pandemic in today’s society and as mental health first aiders and youth workers, Daryl, Tayler and the wider Ice Pak group want to raise awareness and much-needed funds for AWARE NI by taking on the tough, gruelling challenge of summiting the seven highest peaks in the Mournes Mountains.”
