Glasgow challenge for Carrick charity walker
Stewart Johnston will be walking from Carrickfergus to Glasgow (with the help of Stena Line) to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Stewart, who was hosted in the Town Hall by the Mayor, Alderman Billy Ashe, stated: “My challenge is to raise not just funds but awareness of cystic fibrosis in Carrickfergus and the surrounding areas.
“To make people more involved in a charity that has little recognition in the community. To support Nicole Tennant Trust and family in their campaign to provide their facilities.”
