MOYLE councillors have disagreed with a Planning Department opinion to refuse permission for the erection of two dwellings on lands adjancent to 48 Moycraig Road, Bushmills.
Ulster Unionist councillor Willie Graham spoke on the matter at a meeting of Moyle Council.
Planners say there are no over riding reasons why the development is essential in a rural location and say it will create ribbon development along Moycraig Road and not integrate into the landscape.
