Marks & Spencer Ballymena staff are having a party!
Festivities were in full swing for the staff, many of whom have been working in the Ballymena store since its opening in 1991.
The official anniversary was on June 25th and Store Manager Tanya Magee did plenty to make sure this great achievement didn’t pass by unnoticed.

Hide AdTanya has been leading the Ballymena branch since 2014, but has been a part of the M&S team for over ten years and seen the iconic retailer undergo a variety of innovative and recognisable changes.
She said: “We decorated our staffroom and then treated our team to a delicious M&S birthday lunch! Then, of course, there was some birthday cake for afters.
“We also awarded staff who have been here an incredible 25 years! It’s a fantastic achievement.”
Staff are at the heart of the M&S Ballymena operation, and those who accomplished 25 years of service received commemorative letters to thank them for their hard work.

The Ballymena branch owes continuous change to its success over the years, as it has been transformed from a small food store to a large format destination in the Fairhill Shopping Centre.
Ryan Lemon, M&S Head of Region for Northern Ireland, congratulated the Ballymena branch on their achievement saying: “25 years in Ballymena is a fantastic accomplishment for Marks & Spencer and I want to thank and congratulate the staff for their years of hard work, especially those who have been with the team since the store’s inception.
“It is a pleasure to see how the Ballymena branch has changed over the years and I look forward to many more anniversaries like this.”
