Hide AdDistrict Judge, Mr Mervyn Bates, said that given the defendant’s record which was considerable, containing 25 road traffic offences, a pre-sentence report would be required.
He adjourned the case until June 3 and released Ward on his own bail of £500 with the conditions he resided at his home address and he reported once per week to police in Lurgan.
