Last surviving member of family
Joe, as he was known to his many friends, ran the family farm from a young age, but recently moved to Seapatrick Care Home.
He was blessed with a cheery and friendly disposition and was closely associated with Drumnavaddy LOL No 519, as well as being a lifelong member of Mount Shepherd RBP 978.

Hide AdMr Hale was also identified with the Apprentice Boys of Derry and was a member of Seapatrick Parish Church.
He is survived by his nephew Colin and family and to these and all other relatives, sincere sympathy has been extended.
The funeral took place to St Patrick’s Village Church on Tuesday, when the Venerable W.J. Scott paid a fitting tribute to Mr Hale’s life.
The hymns ‘The Lord’s My Shepherd’ and ‘What a Friend We Have in Jesus’ were sung, with Mr Anketell presiding at the organ. Interment took place at St Patrick’s Cemetery, Seapatrick, and a floral tribute was placed on the grave.
Donations in lieu of flowers are being sent to William Bell and Co., funeral directors, 23 Kenlis Street, Banbridge, for Alzheimers Disease Society.
