Killultagh lodge unfurls new banner in Ballinderry
The WM Bro Sam McConnell welcomed guests and Bro McConnell reflected on the fact that it was almost 40 years since the last unfurling and that the lodge was progressive. Bro Bell spoke of the history of Ballinderry Parish since the building of the present church in 1824.
In his address Bro Donaldson underlined the principles of orangism and the qualifications of an Orangeman based on sobriety, tolerance and regularly attending a place of worship.

Mrs May McRoberts unfurling the previous banner 40 years ago. Miss Rebekah Clarke presented the scissors to Christine and after the unfurling, the banner was dedicated by the Rev Hoey.
There followed a short parade to Mocklers Corner led by Roses Lane Ends Band and on the return supper was served by the Ladies Committee concluding the evening.
