Hung jury on child sex abuse case against East Tyrone man
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was convicted of one charge of indecent assault against a female child at Dungannon Crown Court on Friday
[December 18].
But the jury was unable to reach a verdict on the other 14 allegations against him and as a result the case against him was adjourned until January.
