Heaps of Hallowe'en funin Ballymena
Mayor of Mid & East Antrim, Councillor Audrey Wales MBE, said: “The highlight of our Hallowe’en celebrations in Ballymena will be our annual event in the Ecos Park on Friday, October 28. This free events is sure to draw the crowds and promises to be a magical and memorable celebration for the whole family. There will be fire and light shows, stilt walkers and Hallowe’en performers, a travelling fun fair and a special live interactive theatre spectacular based on Alice in Wonderland, before closing with a mesmerising fireworks display at 8.15pm.”
And if you really want to go batty over Hallowe’en then the Ecos Park is the place to be on Monday 24 October, 6-7pm!

Arthur cottage has three nights of Hallowe’en themed activities lined up. On Friday, October 28,there will be a traditional music evening from 8-10pm. Admission £6. Light supper included.
On Saturday 29 October, 11am-3pm the cottage will play host to children’s Hallowe’en activities with fancy dress competitions and paper pumpkin making from 11am-3pm. Admission £6.50 per family or standard rates apply. Baking demonstrations from 12 - 2pm. And on Monday, October 31, from 8-10pm you can gather around the fireside and listen to haunting tales and spooky stories, followed by a light supper.
