GCSE success at '¨Limavady Grammar
The long wait was well worthwhile for many pupils with top achievers being Jessica Gault with nine A* and an A grade, Rachel Marshall and Sophie MacLurg (eight A* and two As) and Kate Dallas (seven A* and three As).
Other high-flyers, all of whom received seven or more A*/A grades were: Arran Ashfield, Lewis Baldrick, Kain Breydin, Tim Chan, Hannah Cochrane, Thomas Deighan, Rebecca Eakin, Mollie Fyrth, Daniel Hegarty, Jack Hockley, Phoebe King, Jeannie Mark, Lily Mullan, Sam McClelland, Ciara McCloskey, Jack McCloskey, Matthew McCool, Lucie Miles, Melissa Pattison, Kate Patton, Samantha Quinlan, Jessie Ross, Andrew Scott, Sara Steele, Sam Thompson and Claire Young.

Hide AdAn impressive 34% of students achieved five or more A*to A grades.
Once again the school results reflect the hard work and commitment of the students and the hard work of the teachers.
Year 12 pupil Ciara McCloskey, who achieved six A* and 4 A grades admitted to being “over the moon” with her results and “just relieved it’s all over”.
Ciara is now planning to return to school to study Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Digital Technology.

Hide AdFellow Year 12 pupil Jessie Ross said that she “didn’t have time to be nervous” as she slept in on results day but said that she was “really happy” with her grades.
Principal Nicola Madden was quick to congratulate all the pupils on their success.
“I am delighted to see our students perform once again at the highest level and achieving their best,” she said.
She added: “Limavady Grammar continues to go from strength to strength and yet again compares favourably with the NI grammar averages.
