Jason William Geary (38), Kensington Park, Portadown, was banned from driving for 12 months last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
He was also fined £175 and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy for driving with excess alcohol in his breath on October 20.

The court heard that a police patrol in the Craigavon area saw a car being driven with a deflated front nearside tyre.
There was a strong smell of alcohol on Geary’s breath and after failing a roadside test an evidential test gave a reading of 69.
A barrister representing the defendant said there was nothing of this nature on his record.
