Fire engines and firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackle '˜deliberate' Larne blaze
A Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said that they had received a call at 4.04pm, and two fire engines attended the scene.
“Two fire appliances from Larne Fire Station and one fire appliance from Whitehead Fire Station were deployed to the scene of a fire in a downstairs flat in the area,” the spokesperson continued.

“One female was out of the premises before the arrival of firefighters to the scene.
“The female was taken to hospital for smoke inhalation following the incident.
“Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service finished at the scene at 4:57pm and the fire is being treated as deliberate.”
