Duck Dive WILL be back again
The popular St Patrick’s Day fundraiser for Portrush Lifeboat Station was in danger of going under because the current committee, which had been running the event for 20 years, was standing down.
However a Duck Dive spokesman told the Times today: “We will be back again next year.

Hide Ad“New blood has been found to carry on. This year’s event was a success and we hope to see everyone again next year.”
The organisers thanked everyone who took part at the Herring Pond on Thursday afternoon as well as the spectators who turned up to cheer on the intrepid divers.
A special word of thanks was extended to the local business community who generously contributed prizes for this year’s winners.
Causeway Coast and Glens Council was also praised for repairing the winter storm damage to provide a great stage for the acquatic event.

Best No-man - Sean Armstron (Kim Kardashian).
Second Best No-man - Michael Thompson (Eastern Princess)
