Driving disqualification
Patrick Gerald O’Hanlon, Ballynamoney Grove, Craigavon, admitted last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court being in charge of a vehicle with excess alcohol in his breath on September 27 last year.
He was fined £300, ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy and banned from driving for 12 months.

After failing a roadside test an evidential test gave a reading of 70.
A barrister representing O’Hanlon said he had to concede it was a high reading.
He added that his client had recently completed a lorry driver’s licence and if he received a ban this would have an impact on his prospects of getting a job.
