Donnelly Group assist the 2012 Irish Open Golf Championship
They were pleased to be able to supply a selection of pick-ups which were strategically positioned throughout the course in the event of torrential rain, thunder and lightning. Thursday afternoon was the time when they were really utilised as a weather delay of some one hour 40 minutes proved the worth of these vehicles.
John Creaney from Donnelly Group was able to help evacuate the course with players, caddies, officials and Staff all were using the pick-ups.

Hide AdDonnelly Group also provided Course Shuttle Buses to help to transport players to the tenth tee for a two day start on Thursday and Friday, and the Pro-am on Wednesday.
These comprised a selection of VW Caravelles, Seat Alhambras and VW Sharans.
They also gave Courtesy cars to European Tour Staff for their use throughout the event.
James Finnigan, European Tour Commercial Director, praised the support of the Donnelly Group and in particular John for his efforts and professionalism throughout the event and hoped they would be associated if the event was to come to the North of Ireland in the future.
