DCFC got 0.059% of pot
DERRY City FC received a minuscule percentage (0.059 per cent) of a funding allocation to 30 sports clubs under a ground safety scheme over the past decade.
The Brandywell-based club received just £9,724 of the £16,4310,216 pot and that sum was allocated back in 2001/2.
Sports Minister Carol Ní Chuilín revealed the funding levels in response to an Assembly Question.

Hide AdShe said Sport NI was responsible for the distribution of funding to sport in the north of Ireland and that over the last ten financial years it provided £16,431,216 to 30 sports grounds designated under the Safety of Sports Grounds (NI) Order 2006.
