Drove out on to wrong side of the road
Keith Andrew Cunningham (38), of Kernan Avenue, Portadown, was fined £150 for driving without due care and attention on May 17 this year.
He was also given three points and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.

Hide AdThe court heard that police received a report of a two-vehicle collision at Mill Hill in Waringstown.
They found that a lorry had emerged from Churchill Place onto the wrong side of the road and collided with a car.
Considerable damage was caused to both vehicles as a result of the collision.
The car was beyond repair and the driver suffered back and face injuries, the court was told.

Hide AdA solicitor representing Cunningham said he was only driving the cab of the lorry with nothing attached at the time.
The solicitor added that as a result of this accident Cunningham had lost his employment withthe company where he had been a driver since 2008.
