Councillor McDonnell still keen on cable car
Councillor McDonnell was speaking at a meeting of Moyle Council recently where councillors heard details of the Moyle Tourism Development Strategy and Action Plan.
The strategy sees Glenariff as a centre for a Visitor Orientation Centre for the Glens.

Hide AdCllr Oliver McMullan (Sinn Fein) told the meeting that such a centre should be in Cushendall.
Cllr McMullan then hit out at the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and the Forestry Service claiming they were not doing enough for the Glens.
The strategy meanwhile said north Antrim cannot any longer just hope tourists will visit the area for the scenery alone but instead argues that there has to be things for people to do when they here.
