Cheltenham 2016 - Mid Ulster and Tyrone guru Kevin Hughes wins £550 for charity
In conjunction with Hughes Bookmakers in Dungannon and Coalisland, sports guru Kevin Hughes picked a horse at the festival on a £50 charity bet each day at the racing world’s greatest festival.
Here’s what he said before the race:
“I feel like I’ve let down the intended charity because of going for the big races, since I have had three good winners in other races in my own flutters at the meeting - Blaklion, Diamond King and Cause of Causes.

“This fella has won all four of his races since joining the Harry Fry Dorset-based yard - and two of those have been around this stunning Prestbury Park track, having a tongue strap fitted being another benefit to his improved form.
“I’m hoping he will be good enough to beat the usually competitive big field in the Albert Bartlett Novice race at 2.50pm.”
