Charged over‘pleading fifth’
It is amongst five cases across Northern Ireland. there is also one such case in Belfast and two in Fermanagh and Tyrone.

Hide AdMr ford said the figures related to “people currently before the courts charged with refusing to answer a question addressed to him by a member of Her Majesty’s forces on duty or a constable in accordance with section 21(3)(b) of the Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007.”
“All of the cases relate to questions posed by police officers.”
