Body recovered from Foyle

The PSNI have confirmed that a body has been recovered from the River Foyle this morning, Monday.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesman for Foyle Search and Rescue said: “Foyle Search and Rescue were tasked this morning at 10.28am by the PSNI after receiving reports of a person entering the water from the Foyle Bridge. Our pager team responded by boat and were at the scene within minutes. The body of a male was recovered a short time afterwards. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of this man at this time.”
