Admitted receiving stolen goods
Jake O’Brien (20), Lurgantarry, Lurgan, pleaded guilty to receiving a yellow transformer, a claw hammer, a bag of nails and a drill mixer on September 18 last year.
The court heard that a burglary took place at a new build site and a number of tools were stolen.

Hide AdPolice went to the defendant’s property and found him in bed in one of the bedrooms. The items which were taken were valued at between £250 and £300 and were returned to their owner.
When arrested O’Brien said: “I’m saying nothing till I speak to my solicitor.”
The case was adjourned until June 24 so that a pre-sentence report could be prepared.
