Hide AdThe Board stated: “In WELB, 67 per cent of statements ran over the SEN Code of Practice during the years 2012 and 2013, as a result of the valid exceptions detailed below; further advice needed; late advice from parents; school holidays; local health authority or social services delay; personal circumstances; child or parent absent; missed appointment.”
