The best ever Mount Druid Rally - £11,500 raised!
As always they had something for all the family - threshing, tractor games, displays, demonstrations, stalls, teas, crafts, raffle, bbq, rides and all day live music.
There was the popular children’s corner, bouncy castle and face painting as well as some pampering for the ‘mummy’s’ with Nail Art.

Hide AdThe hundreds of visitors also enjoyed live music from a local steel band while Sam O’Neill and Michael Kennedy were on stage keeping the crowds tapping their feet. There was line and Irish dancing plus demonstrations from Ballycastle firefighters plus a hugely popular dog show.
And as if that wasn’t enough, there was archery, wood turning, a mobile saw mill, coconut shy, rickety wheel plus the every popular tractor display.
Speaking to Rev Barton, who kindly donated his land for the event, he said the Rally was ‘one of the best ever’ after it raised a staggering £11,500.
Thanking everyone for their donations of time and funds including the Group Parishes of Ballintoy and Dunseverick, he also added a special thanks to the local sponsors including P&O Ferries.
